What is Transformational Breathwork?
Transformational Breathing Breathwork is more than a breathing technique and breathing exercises. It is a self-empowering healing process that will create positive change in your life. Stress, a major culprit in people’s health concerns, causes a person's breathing to become shallow. The diaphragm (the major breathing muscle) maintains a contracted position during stress and over time remains tight and does not work properly. It soon becomes virtually impossible to take a full breath, and lung capacity declines.
Transformational Breathing seeks to unlock the restrictions in a person's breath pattern so they can receive more oxygen. Transformational Breathing accomplishes this in a variety of ways. It first introduces a conscious connected breath pattern that increases the body's vibrational energy field. Additional healing techniques such as press points, affirmations, toning, movement, meditation and others are introduced as needed to unlock restricted breathing patterns. Our breath deepens, we relax, blood pressure is lowered and oxygen fills our bodies.
