"While you chase what you think you want, you miss what you already are given - a possibility beyond trying to do something fantastic so you can feel better about yourself. You are already all you can be, like a seed is already a tree."

The Presence Process & Transformational Breathing Breathwork

If you are tired of drama and trauma in your life, then The Presence Process is for you.

The Presence Process is an invitation into a 10-week experiential journey empowering us to integrate the cause of our unhappiness.  The cause of all our suffering springs up from traumatic childhood imprinting and impacts our current life experience with unconscious behaviors such as addictions, diseases, and all manners of reactive behavior.  You cannot escape it.  Suppressing it only makes it worse.

The Cause of Suffering

According to Michael Brown, the cause of our suffering is that we subconsciously live our lives in the past. The causal point is our childhood from the ages of 0-7. This is the emotional stage of our development.  We are young enough that our mind and upper energy centers are not yet fully developed so we had no context to frame the experiences of our life. If we were not allowed to express our feelings when we were young (and what child is allowed to fully express), then we suppressed them.

These suppressed feelings remain with us as resonant energies continuing to draw similar energies to it.  This is why many experiences in life tend to repeat themselves.

Once we enter school, we enter the period of mental development ages 7-14.  This is when we begin to reason and attach stories to our life experiences. This is the mental phase of the Pathway OF Awareness.

From 14-21 we become fixated in the physical world as our bodies experience puberty.  We get our first job and find members of the opposite sex attractive.  We begin to understand that to get anything you have to go out into the world and make it happen.  Accomplishing is doing.

Fixated in a World of Form

By the time we are 21 we are firmly fixed in the physical world of form.  We have now passed through the Pathway Of Awareness.  Our world view is that anything we have comes from the outer world of form.  Anything wrong with our life can be fixed by affecting that world.  This approach seems to place all the power within our control but this is an illusion.

Since the cause of all our life experiences reside in the attractive power of unintegrated childhood memories, then seeking to change our life by affecting the outside world of form only gets us more of the same.  It may look different but the underlying energy of our experiences are the same.

Integrating Emotional Causality

Integrating our childhood imprinting requires becoming aware of the suppressed condition of our emotional body, of our consequential behaviors of self-sedation and control, and of what is required to take full responsibility for this inner condition. Such a journey is personal and individual. It requires an approach moving us beyond selective group-mentality so we may interact with ourselves and all who enter our daily experience in a consistent, compassionate, and responsible manner.

If you are tired of the subconscious tapes that continue to act out in your life, then it is time to get to the cause.  These subconscious thoughts and emotions rule us. They rob us of our life. It is time to let go.  Time to set yourself free.

Journey with us through the Pathway of Awareness as we together explore Michael Brown's, The Presence Process.

What Others Have To Say  About Our Programs With The Presence Process:

"I am going through Michael Brown's book for the second time.  It has been tremendous, 15 minutes twice a day has worked for me. My feelings at times are a roller coaster but I feel more alive and aware than I have for a long time."

“I came to help me with a relationship that was not working.  Your workshop helped me gather the power and courage to change. Now it is so much better. Our relationship is fun again. Thank you so much.”

“I constantly had migraines and was on every medication imaginable.  Somewhere along the way after breathing for some time, they simply went away.  I have not had a migraine since and that has been about a year now.  It’s is simply amazing.  Thank you for this gift.”

"My husband is actually doing the exercises from the book as well; I see big changes in him and a sense of strength I didn't see before. Thank you for putting me onto the book."

Synergistic Affect

In our programs we synergistically integrate the Pathway Of Awareness with the 3 levels of Transformational  Breathing (Physical, Mental/Emotional, Spiritual) and four levels of Pranic Breathwork (Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual).

The Presence Process is about taking personal responsibility for one’s life experiences.  Once you one accept this role, tremendous freedom ensues and you become empowered to create an authentic and inspired life.
