What can I expect from a facilitated breath session?
Transformational Breathing is more than a breathing technique, breathwork therapy or other form of conscious breathing. The facilitated breath session is one aspect that distinguishes Transformational Breathing Breathwork from other forms of breathwork or breathing therapies.
A facilitated breath session is where a trained Transformational Breath® Facilitator monitors a breather's breath pattern and through conscious intent, affirmations, movement, intuitive guidance and the physical manipulation of muscle and fascia seeks to open the person's breath pattern. The physical manipulation takes the form of light massage, stretching or pressure points. In a very broad sense it is similar to a massage. The application of press points is similar to a shiatsu or acupressure treatment.
Transformational Breathing is the only form of breathwork therapy that utilizes a hands on approach making it very effective for opening your breath pattern. To the recipient, this translates to a relaxed body, stress free, with peace of mind and lightness of being.
